Eternal Paws is not an emergency care provider. We accept calls through the day and always endeavour to visit you the same day for end of life care when we receive a call before 10am and after this time we will still try our best to help if your need is urgent.

Our out of hours provision is with Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital in Cheadle.

We have visited Woodcroft and personally met with members of the team, inspected their out of hours provision and because of their outstanding reputation and referral facilities we believe they will do the best for out patients in an emergency.

Our normal working hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Often we work outside these times because we are trying to help all our patients in a timely manner but the phone may not be answered after 6pm or before 8.30am. If a visit or part of a visit goes beyond 6pm then an evening visit fee will apply and after 9pm a further charge.

Over the weekend between 9.30am and 6pm Anita will take urgent end of life calls but her availability is dependant on how many calls she receives. As she works on her own at the weekend if you call or message and she is already with a patient there may be a delay in her response to you but rest assured she will get back to you as soon as she is able. After 6pm if you need help you should call Woodcroft Veterinary Surgery
