Eternal Paws is not an emergency care provider. However WE CAN OFFER A HOME EUTHANASIA SERVICE 24/7. Just call 07557789789. We accept calls through the day and always endeavour to visit you the same day for end of life care when we receive a call before 10am and after this time we will still try our best to help if your need is urgent.

Our hospital out of hours provision is with Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital in Cheadle. You will need to transport your pet there.

We have visited Woodcroft and personally met with members of the team, inspected their out of hours provision and because of their outstanding reputation and referral facilities we believe they will do the best for out patients in an emergency.

Our normal working hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Often we work outside these times because we are trying to help all our patients in a timely manner.  After 6pm and until 8.30am we offer an URGENT HOME EUTHANSIA SERVICE ONLY. We won’t be available to discuss patients, make routine appointments or book laser sessions for example. Calls which run past 6pm or during the evening or night up to when we open in the morning attract a further charge.

From Friday at 6pm and over the weekend we can take urgent end of life calls but availability is dependant on how many calls we receive. As Anita works on her own at the weekend if you call or message and she is already with a patient there may be a delay in her response to you but rest assured she will get back to you as soon as she is able.

If your call is not urgent then please leave a voicemail, text or WhatsApp message and we will get back to you in the morning Monday to Friday.
